I’m Featured in a Case Study on the OpenSRS Website

How GetKenneth.com simplified domain management with a hybrid approach.

I’ve been doing this work for 25 years. Building sites, solving problems, keeping things running for clients who are too busy running their businesses to think about DNS records and renewal dates.

Last year I became an official domain seller with OpenSRS. They power domain services for some of the biggest names on the web, including Squarespace and Wix. They recently launched a platform built specifically for independent developers like me, and that’s exactly why they reached out. They wanted to feature how I’m using it.

So when they asked to write a case study and publish it on their website, I was genuinely excited. That kind of recognition from a big tech company means something.

I’m not a pure domain reseller. For me, domain management is part of the hands-on, personal service I provide to every client. That’s what caught OpenSRS’s attention. Because I have direct access to all domain features, my clients don’t have to chase down login credentials or get bounced around by a faceless support bot or a random GoDaddy operator. I handle all of that — so my clients don’t have to.

My clients don’t see the late-night troubleshooting or the calls that prevent a domain from expiring and taking a website down with it. When things run smoothly, you shouldn’t have to think about any of this. That’s exactly how it should be.

The case study is detailed and gets into the technical side of how it all works — it’s written for their audience as much as mine. But if you’re curious, the link is below.

The short version: my work caught the attention of a major player in the domain industry, and I’m proud of that.
